When connected via 2.4GHz wireless, the scanner can transmit data up to 328 feet in a barrier-free environment, and 30-100 feet in an indoor setting, depending on the complexity of the surroundings.
The package includes the barcode scanner, a USB cable, a wireless dongle, and a user manual. The upgraded 2.4G wireless receiver is compact, portable, and reliable, making it easy to carry and store.
The scanner supports 35 languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Japanese. To ensure accurate functionality, it is essential to align the scanner's keyboard language with your computer's keyboard language, as the default language is English.
The scanner offers customizable volume control, allowing you to turn the volume on or off, as well as adjust the volume when scanning barcodes, as specified in the user manual.
The scanner works with a virtual serial port driver and serial port software, enabling the scanned information to appear in the window of the serial port software, even when other universal software, such as Excel, Word, or Notepad, is open.
